The Nadolnik Compact Apartments project that will comprise exclusive apartments and loft-style flats is the latest development in our expansive real estate and property management and development portfolio, spanning many years of experience. Our developments include the area of city of Poznan (e.g. Willa Leśna on Świętowidzka Street, a multifamily residential estate on Czysta Street) and adjacent municipalities (Kórnik, Murowana Goślina, Tulce, Słupca, Szamotuły). We have recently also completed the Atrium housing estate on Bosa Street in Poznan.

The Nadolnik Compact Apartments development is one of many Grupa Partner projects. Our most recent investments include Przystań Warta, Atrium Sielska 22, Młyn nad Cybiną and Środka ODNOWA. Przystań Warta (literally Warta Harbour) is an exclusive development comprising eight apartments of floor area ranging from 56 to a whopping 195 square metres. This estate will also include a parking hall for 12 vehicles. The Atrium Sielska 22 project is a multifamily housing development with 39 apartments in the Górczyn area of Poznań.
